All products sold by CozyDen Plans are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. After purchase, you will receive a download link via email. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plans for personal use only. Commercial use or redistribution of the files is strictly prohibited.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you encounter any issues with the files, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
